TERM & SERVICES

The following Term and Condition apply to all our idea, Picture, words, audio, illustrations,
provided by Ahmad Shamil Roslan (hereinafter referred as ASR) and in the event of any dispute are governed by the authorities law.

All work is carried out by ASR that has understanding by client automatically was agreed with our Term and Condition

 

Once design was presented and one has been chose as selected, only that solution will be carry on until fullfilling the contract. and all other sample has been give as reference remain the property of ASR. Unless specifically agreed in writing.

 

Design Charges

​

Charges for design has been provide by our will be set out in written in estimate or quotation that is provided to the customer. Meanwhile, charge will be changes refer to subject on the time of period job.

 

Sources Files

​

We will supply proofs and PDF files as the end of product, or other graphic files as detailed in the job scope or request. Charges for design work do not cover the release of our copyright design sources files. 

 

Payment

​

The customer will be provide invoice from email, any invoice queries must be submitted by email within 14 days of invoice date. Payment may be made by online transfer or cheque. Payment made by cheque must be previously agreed and may be subject to an administration charge. Cheques should not be sent in regular mail unless sent recorded delivery. 

 

Design Project Duration

​

Any indication given by ASR. is to be considered as estimation time. ASR. cannot be held responsible for any project over-runs, whatever the cause. Estimated project duration should be deemed by date confirmed in writting by ASR.
